The retreat started on October 12th and continued until October 14th, 2023, taking place in the Field’s headquarter. The retreat was officially launched by the president of the Northern East field of Rwanda.
There was Various important lessons and different valuable advice for Pastor’s wives in their ministry in the field as well as other places where they will serve. Because we have seen that Pastor’s wives can contribute a lot to the ministry.
The retreat also included many different activities, including Umuganda on the unfinished houses of church leaders. At the occasion of Pastors appreciation day on 14th, October 2023, all Northern-East field pastors joined the retreat to celebrate the day by honoring the ministry of Pastors.
The event also was blessed to have a guest of honor from the Union of Rwanda who came to support. During the event, we also welcomed a guest of honor from the Union of Rwanda, who is simultaneously responsible for overseeing pastors at the Union of Rwanda.” He encouraged Pastors to do God’s work with love because God will continue to be with them in everything, as long as they continue to seek his guidance.
At the conclusion of the retreat, the President of the North East Rwanda Field expressed gratitude to the pastors and their wives for their dedication to the work of God. He urged them to persist in their efforts, praying fervently for the salvation of many more souls to come to God
